I've been lifting heavy for the most part of 3 months is there any program that will help me switch it up?
It usually consisted of flatand incline bench each week with dumbell flat and incline. It also included Squatting, front and back, along with some more accessory exercises. Almost all of these had 6 reps or less with usually 70% or higher.
